How to use LaundryRepublic

Welcome to LaundryRepublic! Using our service is quick and easy, but if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly team.

1. Enter your postcode to get started


Visit www.laundryrepublic.com and type your postcode into the box, then click "Get Started"



The pop-up will let you know where should drop off your orders for collection - usually at your concierge desk, or lockers in your building. Click "Place order now" to continue with your order. 


Please ntoe, if your building uses lockers, you'll need to drop off your items in an available locker first, then place your order




2. Fill in your details


Add your details and click "Create Account". That's all it takes to get set up - now you can place your order!



3. Place an order


You don't need to fill out an inventory - just click "Place Order", and we'll come to collect your items.


You can choose Express service (£11.95) for a faster turnaround, or stick with the Standard service for free collection & delivery. You can see a live counter, showing when we'll return your items under each service type.


Use the Special Instructions box if there's anything you want us to know, such as a stain you'd like us to take care of, or any repairs or alterations you'd like us to make.

  

If it's your first order, don't forget you can claim a 25% discount - just enter LR25X in the "Discount code" box (*£25 maximum discount; excludes shoe repairs).


4. Drop off your items at the collection point


It's important that you drop off your items for collection in a sealed bag, clearly labelled with your name. When we return your first order, we'll include a personalised blue laundry bag, which you can use for future orders.


We will come and collect your order as soon as possible., We'll usually collect your bag the same day or the next day, but the collection time won't affect your delivery date.


5. We'll keep you updated


We will send you an email update when we have collected your order, to confirm the full contents and pricing of your order. 



We'll send a separate email to request payment, with a payment link. (Payments must be made by 9am on the day of delivery to avoid any delays). You'll have the option to register a payment method, so that the payment is done automatically for future orders.


Then we'll send you a delivery confirmation email, to let you know that your order is back at the drop-off point, ready for you to pick up!
